What the Programme Offers
This is a 2-year immersive graduate training offering:

Minimum Requirements
To be eligible, you must:
- Be 25 years old or younger
- Be in your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies in 2025 (degree must be completed by February 2026)
- Have no previous full-time employment history
- Live in South Africa
- Show strong academic performance
- Ideally have part-time or volunteer experience
- Be interested in social and community initiatives
