Fidelity ADT, part of the Fidelity Services Group, is seeking energetic and ambitious Sales Representatives to join their West Coast team. This role is perfect for self-motivated individuals with a passion for security solutions and a drive to exceed sales targets while building strong customer relationships.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
- PSIRA registration.
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in capital goods or security systems.
- Knowledge of intruder detection equipment such as IDS, DSC, AJAX, or other alarm systems (advantageous).
- Computer literacy: MS Office, Email, Internet.
Duties
- Source and sell armed monitoring and response agreements.
- Promote and sell alarm upgrades, CCTV systems, electric fences, and other electronic security solutions.
- Generate and close deals through self-sourced leads and company-generated leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, builders, architects, and stakeholders.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on progress.
- Handle all administrative sales tasks with attention to detail.
