This position is ideal for retail professionals with experience in sales, store operations, and customer service who are ready to step into a leadership-support role.

Type: 6-Month Contract
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Sales Assistant.
- Minimum 1 year of Key Holder experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales budgets.
- Strong stock management experience.
Duties
Store Operations
- Open and close the store daily.
- Perform housekeeping, stock takes, and replenishment.
- Oversee point-of-sale activities and authorize refunds, returns, and rejects.
- Handle cash-ups and bank deposits.
- Assist with training and support of floor staff.
Team Support
- Assist the Store Manager / Supervisor with daily operational tasks.
- Manage staff when required and report store or personnel issues to management.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service on the floor.
- Support managers in resolving in-store customer queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the Hey Dude brand’s service standards.
