Bidvest International Logistics is seeking an Administration Clerk to join their team in Port Elizabeth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all invoicing and templates are completed correctly and on time, in accordance with required KPIs. They will also check that all documents are visible on the client’s system.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Matric is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in the freight industry is required.
- Skills: Proficiency in admin and invoicing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure payment listings are completed and emailed out.
- Identify and escalate any issues of concern to the Supervisor for resolution.
- Assist with queries and support team members as needed to maintain service levels.
- Adhere to the organization’s values at all times.
- Manage Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (ACR) reports.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literacy is essential, including a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime when required.
