Purpose Statement:
The role involves welcoming clients, managing branch flow through efficient queue management, providing exceptional client service, and assisting clients with ATM transactions. This role also offers an opportunity to learn and develop the skills required for service consulting.
Experience:
- Minimum: No prior experience required, but candidates must possess a Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal: Some experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Ideal: Understanding of bank branch environments and Capitec Bank products and processes (internal knowledge is advantageous).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Minimum Knowledge Required:
- Basic mathematical calculations.
- Effective communication and people engagement.
- Self-awareness and a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Ideal Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the bank branch environment.
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank’s products and business processes.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Computer literacy, especially in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
