Program Scope:
The Emerging Leaders Graduate Programme offers early-career graduates the chance to grow in the fields of Customer Development, Customer Service & Logistics, and Marketing through job rotations and project assignments.
After the 24-month internship, high-performing participants may be considered for permanent positions based on their performance and the company’s business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
As part of the commercial team, you will:

Requirements:
Education:
- Minimum B.Com Degree (Honors preferred) in Strategic Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Specialization in Digital/Analytics is advantageous.

- 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
