Administrative Support Internship
You will be working closely with executives, learning how to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain office systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with calendar and meeting management
- Handling communications such as emails and calls
- Preparing documents and reports
- Maintaining confidential records and databases
- Supporting projects and process improvement tasks
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration or related field
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- No previous work or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good written and verbal communication
- Must work well under pressure and meet deadlines
ICT Internship
This role is ideal for someone with a qualification in IT who wants hands-on experience in technical support and system maintenance.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to staff
- Installing and configuring hardware and software
- Performing data backups and monitoring systems
- Assisting with network and peripheral connections
Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in End-User Computing, Server-Network Engineering, IT, or a related field
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- No prior internship or job experience
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn
Legal Internship
If you’re a law graduate looking to gain real-world exposure, this internship will help you build legal research, secretarial, and governance experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research and offering advice
- Supporting Tribunal members with legal documentation
- Attending governance and court-related meetings
- Handling stakeholder relations
Minimum Requirements:
- LLB, BCom Law, or equivalent law degree
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- No prior work or internship experience
- Strong writing, presentation, and analytical skills
Supply Chain Management Internship
This position offers real insight into procurement, logistics, and public sector supply chain systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with supplier sourcing and CSD tasks
- Sending procurement requests to vendors
- Compiling reports and issuing purchase orders
- Participating in bid committee meetings
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Purchasing
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- No previous internship or work experience
- Excellent attention to detail and computer skills
