Minimum Requirements
- A 3-year National Diploma or Degree (minimum 360 credits) in Public Service Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an Office Management or Executive Support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Sound knowledge of:
- PFMA and National Treasury Regulations
- Public Service Regulations and relevant legislation
- Office administration and document control

Duties and Responsibilities
As the administrative support to the CEO’s Office, you will:
- Maintain and manage all document flow, filing systems, and records management within the CEO’s office
- Ensure timeous turnaround of correspondence, manage and monitor document tracking
- Prepare submissions and handle follow-ups on decisions from governance meetings
- Provide logistical support for governance structures, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including national and regional offices
- Transcribe, register, classify, and prioritize incoming and outgoing documents
- Facilitate the coordination of oversight meetings and ensure compliance with administrative standards
- Contribute to the internal control processes by ensuring accurate communication and record-keeping
