Afgri Trainee Parts Salesperson – Grade 12 Required

AFGRI, a leading agricultural services company, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Parts Salesperson.

This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for customer service and a drive to grow within the agricultural and retail sectors. You’ll assist in selling parts over the counter, supporting stock control, and helping customers with their product needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and administration of parts stock
  • Attend to walk-in and telephone customer enquiries
  • Process customer sales accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with stock counts and inventory management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable parts area

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in parts sales and administration

Technical Skills Required

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Product knowledge in retail/agriculture environment
  • Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
