Air Products South Africa (Pty) Ltd is inviting motivated Mechanical Engineering graduates to join its Engineering Graduate Development Programme. This structured 2-year programme is designed to fast-track your development through hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and specialised training in one of South Africa’s leading industrial gas companies.
You’ll be based at our Vanderbijlpark site and gain valuable insights into engineering operations, maintenance, manufacturing, and industrial gas processes – all while building a strong foundation for long-term success in the industry.

Who We’re Looking For
We want individuals who are:

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Completed BEng or BSc in Mechanical Engineering
- Valid South African driver’s licence
- Minimum aggregate pass rate of 50%
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Not currently in any other learnership, internship or graduate programme
- Willing to relocate to Vanderbijlpark
- Keen interest in the gas or manufacturing industries
