- Grade 12 certificate (or NQF equivalent)
- Valid South African Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
- Frozen ATPL or Full ATPL qualification
- Valid instrument rating
- South African Citizenship
- Minimum 1,000 hours total flying time
- At least 200 Multi-Engine hours
- Minimum 200 Turbine hours
- Prior Flight Simulator Training Device (FSTD) experience is advantageous
