Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum:
- 3 to 6 months of client service experience in retail/financial/banking.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications may be considered in the absence of experience.
- Ideal:
- Over 1 year of client service experience in retail/financial/banking.
- Proven experience in sales and client interaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational.
- Ideal:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce or a related field.
- Finance or Banking certification.
Knowledge:
- Minimum:
- Basic calculation skills.
- Familiarity with retail/consumer service environments.
- Ideal:
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products.
- Understanding of internal business processes and organizational policies.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
Conditions of Employment
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Fingerprints must be detectable/recognizable on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic banking system.
