Key Responsibilities
- Operate POS systems and manage transactions efficiently
- Handle cash, process payments, issue refunds
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized work environment
- Upsell store products and services when appropriate
- Resolve customer complaints politely and effectively
- Manage and balance the till float
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and security protocols
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 (Matric/Grade 12 is advantageous)
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Basic numeracy skills
- Computer literacy is a bonus
- Strong time management, ethical conduct, and flexibility
