Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Tasks:
- Clean benches, working surfaces, and floors according to work instructions.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors using appropriate equipment.
- Dust furniture, equipment, and partitions.
Housekeeping and Waste Management:
- Follow procedures for proper waste disposal.
- Ensure basic housekeeping in the working area according to standard operating procedures.
Operational Standards:
- Determine the neatness, accuracy, and thoroughness of assigned work.
- Take telephonic messages to maintain operational standards and company image.
Customer Service and Representation:
- Represent the organization by applying customer care principles with patients, clients, doctors, and hospital staff.
Health and Safety:
- Apply health and safety practices in accordance with relevant legislation and procedures.
- Adhere to Lancet uniform protocols.
Requirements
- Education: Grade 10.
- Experience: 0-1 year of relevant working experience.
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and good communication skills.
