Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages (CCPB) is offering a 6-month internship for one enthusiastic and driven graduate to join their Customer Service Centre (CSC). This is your chance to gain valuable workplace experience, develop your communication and problem-solving skills, and learn what it takes to work with one of the top beverage brands in the world.
You’ll be part of the CSC team, handling communication with customers, capturing orders, and ensuring service excellence. If you love working with people and want to learn more about sales, customer experience, and admin support in a fast-paced company, this internship is for you.
Location: Parow, Western Cape

Duration: 6 Months (Fixed-Term Internship)
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Capture and process customer orders (telesales)
- Communicate with customers via email
- Work with different internal teams to solve issues
- Deliver great service and help customers quickly and professionally
Minimum Requirements
- A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
- Less than 1 year of work experience after graduation
- A valid driver’s licence
- Your own transport
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
- Strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
