What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

  • Work with different internal teams to solve issues
  • Deliver great service and help customers quickly and professionally

Minimum Requirements

  • A National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales
  • Less than 1 year of work experience after graduation
  • A valid driver’s licence
  • Your own transport
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
  • Strong communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
