Key Focus Areas

- Drive customer acquisition through upselling, cross-selling, and product matching.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls to secure deals.

2. Marketing Support

- Deliver excellent service in line with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles.
- Handle queries with professionalism and offer tailored financial solutions.
- Maintain high standards in turnaround times and resolution delivery.
5. Training & Development
- Complete all product, service, compliance, and FAIS-related training.
- Participate in coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Stay informed about all updates related to customer engagement tools and banking technologies.
6. Operational Excellence
- Follow opening and closing branch procedures.
- Participate in safety and emergency drills.
- Support with administrative and operational tasks when required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
- Tertiary qualification in Banking, Finance, or Business (preferred).
- FAIS accreditation or RE qualification (advantageous).
- Experience in sales, retail banking, or customer service is an added bonus.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Must be target-driven with a commitment to delivering measurable results.
- Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
