General Workers (x3 Posts) at Motus Aftermarket Parts

Parts Incorporated Africa is offering permanent positions for three General Workers at their Bloemfontein branch.
As a General Worker, you’ll be part of a fast-paced warehouse environment. Your role will involve general warehouse tasks like binning, picking, packing, and maintaining cleanliness and order.
The company is looking for individuals who can handle stock efficiently and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure smooth daily operations.
Location: Bloemfontein, Free State
Closing Date: 23 April 2025
Key Responsibilities
Binning
- Allocate bin locations for new products in the correct areas
- Move inventory from bulk to pick locations according to standard procedures
- Keep bin locations updated and report any changes
Picking
- Pick customer and branch orders accurately and on time
- Only pick from bulk locations when necessary
- Follow procedures to maintain customer satisfaction
- Support stock take and ensure daily housekeeping is done
- Perform double checks to reduce stock loss and improve accuracy
Scanner Control
- Hand out scanners daily and log them using the electronic app
- Inspect scanners on return and record any damage
- Maintain the scanner issue spreadsheet accurately
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (advantageous)
- Knowledge of motor spares or engine parts is an added bonus
- Understanding of warehouse systems and procedures
