Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls with speed and accuracy (90% of calls answered within 60 seconds)
- Escalate unresolved queries to management by logging cases on the system
- Promote and offer Nedbank products to meet monthly lead targets
- Accurately log all calls to reduce risk and prevent losses
- Communicate updates to clients and internal departments
- Stay up to date with company values, processes, policies, and industry standards
- Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing, culture-building, and social initiatives
