MANCOSA is calling on passionate and organized individuals with a background in education administration to apply for the Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Administrator position within the School of Education.

This role is designed for those who excel at coordination, stakeholder management, and keeping a fast-paced academic department on track. You’ll be supporting student teaching placements, mentor coordination, school engagement, and regional scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
General Administration Support:
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for the WIL department.
- Organize, attend, and record minutes for departmental meetings.
- Help host regional education events and coordinate relevant resources.
- Track and follow up on student and stakeholder queries.
- Support student placement scheduling for May and August practicals.
- Handle communications and administration related to mentor assessors and school partnerships.
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain relationships with schools, assessors, students, academics, and external partners.
- Build a positive presence and act as a reliable liaison between students and placement schools.
- Collaborate with regional and academic teams to ensure WIL processes run smoothly.
Capacity Building and Training:
- Attend and support administrative training sessions.
- Provide pastoral support to students and assist them with practical teaching arrangements.
- Help new stakeholders understand administrative procedures and academic requirements.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Administration or Education
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, ideally in a higher education or academic support environment
