Key Purpose of the Internship
As a Communication Analyst Intern, your main role will be to draft internal and external communication for the Corporate & Employee Benefits division. This includes content related to product changes, system updates, operational processes, and compliance with legislative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather information from internal stakeholders to prepare communication
- Draft clear and accurate content for emailers, letters, forms, and newsletters
- Maintain the division’s communication library, content index, and internal websites
- Manage content delivery in collaboration with the marketing team or agency
- Prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines

Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- A completed or in-progress Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field
- MS Office Suite proficiency (especially Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is an advantage
- Previous experience in a communication or writing role is a plus
