Element Six is offering bursaries for the 2025 academic year aimed at supporting students pursuing Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or Bachelor of Science (BSc) degrees in specific engineering fields.

Fields of Study
Bursaries will be awarded for studies in the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Metallurgy / Metallurgical Engineering
Bursary Benefits
The bursary will cover the following expenses:
- Full cover for tuition fees
- Partial cover for study materials
- Accommodation costs
- A monthly stipend
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Currently in Matric or have completed Matric.
- Studying or intending to study towards a BSc or BEng qualification in one of the specified fields.
- Enrolled at a recognized tertiary institution in South Africa.
- Must have maintained a minimum overall average of 60% if currently studying.

- Cover letter stating why you are interested in applying for this bursary
- ID document (certified copy)
- Matric latest results/ certificate (certified copy)
- Full tertiary academic record to date, if currently studying (certified copy)
