This programme is meant for individuals who have completed relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or draughting and are ready to start their careers in these critical industries.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Draughtsperson in Training, you will:
- Assist with technical drawings and designs related to mechanical projects
- Support engineering teams with documentation and design corrections
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers and draughtspersons
- Develop strong competencies in project documentation and design processes
- Engage in fieldwork, project planning, and problem-solving tasks
- Adapt and respond to project changes and technical challenges as needed
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for the training programme, you must have one of the following:
- N6 or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
OR - Architectural Qualification
OR - N6 Draughting Diploma
Additionally, you must possess a valid national driver’s licence (Code B).
