The goal of this program is to enable graduates to apply the skills and knowledge gained during their studies in a practical environment, while gaining the competencies needed to excel in their chosen fields.

Qualification Requirements:
To qualify for the internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Age: 35 years or younger
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Project Management
- Public Management
- Human Resources Management
- Business Management
- Skills: Strong financial understanding, computer literacy, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure
- Other Requirements:
- Must not have previously participated in an internship program
- Must be willing to sign a 24-month internship agreement with ETDP SETA
