Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12) is non-negotiable.
- Certifications: Advanced Driver Training Certification is advantageous.
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license with PDP (Code 14).
- Experience: Minimum of two years driving a three-axle truck.
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver products promptly to assigned customers without defects; ensure load correctness and assist with offloading when needed.
- Manage invoices for deliveries; maintain fuel consumption standards.
- Conduct vehicle inspections for tyres, lights, trailer couplings; maintain oil and water levels as per standards.
- Ensure the truck’s cleanliness and condition; report defects or breakdowns while adhering to safety practices.
