Job Overview: Administrative Assistant (X5)
You will be responsible for supporting the Claims Adjudication Department, focusing on document control, compliance administration, records management, and meeting coordination.
Key Duties Include:
- Maintain compliance registers and documentation
- Coordinate departmental meetings and take minutes
- Track and resolve outstanding issues from meetings
- Allocate matters to claims processors and capture documents
- Administer office records and ensure proper filing
