What You’ll Be Doing
As a Client Service Officer working with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF), you’ll become the face of the department at your local Labour Centre. Your daily tasks will include:
- Helping people apply for UIF benefits
- Registering follow-up and continuation forms
- Offering general administrative and client support
- Making sure people get the help they need in a friendly and professional way
Minimum Requirements

- A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate
- No previous experience required
- South African citizenship
