Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
- Communication Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to read and write in English.
- Computer Literacy: Essential, along with attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Laboratory Experience: Any laboratory experience or relevant modules will be an advantage.
- Medical Fitness: Must be medically fit for BMR (Baseline Medical Review).
Responsibilities
As a Trainee Analyst, your duties will include:
- Completing all necessary training modules within the laboratory according to career progression guidelines.
- Preparing, analyzing, and reporting samples.
- Preparing standards and reagents for laboratory use.
- Performing routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
- Promoting and maintaining good housekeeping practices in the lab.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality, and security standards.
