Business Analyst Graduate

Absa Bank is offering an exciting Business Analyst Graduate Programme 2025, designed for graduates in IT, Computer Science, and related fields. As a Business Analyst Graduate, you’ll join a dynamic team that works closely with developers, testers, and designers to ensure business needs are translated into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements in the form of BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support senior analysts in requirements tracking and project implementation.
Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and functional design documentation.
Participate in JAD sessions to understand business requirements.
Present analysis work to stakeholders with support from senior analysts.
Align requirements to solution designs across the Absa ecosystem.
Support project walkthroughs, functional test plan reviews, and implementation sessions.
Continuously build expertise by seeking feedback and following industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

NQF Level 7 or higher qualification (or completing by end of 2025).
Recommended fields: Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage deliverables independently.
