Austell Pharmaceuticals is offering an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to join its Sales Department as Dispensing Doctor Sales Representatives. This role is focused on promoting and selling Austell’s pharmaceutical products to dispensing doctors, as well as independent and corporate pharmacies within designated regions.
The position is ideal for graduates or professionals with a background in business, marketing, or pharmacy, who are passionate about healthcare sales and eager to grow their careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
Location: Free State, Northern Cape, and Gauteng South

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Implement sales strategies targeting dispensing doctors and pharmacies.
- Conduct regular visits to present and sell Austell’s product range.
- Manage orders, monitor stock levels, and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and decision-makers.
- Provide updates on product developments and industry insights.
- Address customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and product launches.
- Identify new trends that could impact sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate reports on performance, market shifts, and sales activities.
Training & Education
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Supply doctors and pharmacy staff with product materials and resources.
Strategic Planning
- Participate in sales strategy meetings to align with growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches and campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Experience:
- Pharmaceutical sales experience is an advantage.
- Candidates without experience are welcome, as training will be provided.
