About the Programme
The Future Leaders Development Programme (CA(SA) Stream) provides a SAICA-accredited training environment that prepares candidates for professional CA(SA) qualification while developing critical business and leadership skills.
You’ll rotate across various finance divisions, gaining broad exposure and practical experience in corporate finance, commercial accounting, tax, audit, and strategic decision-making.

Minimum Requirements
- BCom Accounting degree (or equivalent Finance qualification).
- Completed SAICA-accredited Postgraduate Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA).
- Minimum 65% academic average across all years of study.
- South African citizen with valid work authorisation.
- Valid driver’s licence (own transport highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Writing SAICA ITC (Initial Test of Competence) in January 2026.
- Willingness to relocate to different Tiger Brands locations during the programme.
