The Graduate Buyer Programme is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the world of retail buying. From day one, you’ll work closely with experienced Buyers, gain real responsibility, and develop the skills needed to build a long-term career in one of the country’s leading retail companies.

Minimum Requirements

• Recently completed BCom or BSc degree in:
  • Economics
  • Statistics
  • Mathematics
  • Finance
  • Accountancy
  • Business-related qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence to work with suppliers and colleagues.
