Absa Bank is inviting applications for its Process Design Graduate Programme 2025. This opportunity is designed for Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Operations Management graduates who are passionate about improving customer experiences, process efficiency, and business performance.

As a Process Design Graduate, you’ll work in established teams, contribute to solving real business problems, and develop the technical and professional skills required to build a rewarding career in banking and process design.

Key Responsibilities

Create detailed process designs and user journeys that improve efficiency and customer experience.
Apply process engineering practices to deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes.
Support business units by translating process improvements into technical and operational requirements.
Identify and implement incremental improvements to reduce costs and enhance delivery quality.
Contribute to Absa’s process design knowledge base and promote lean thinking.
Work within project teams to solve process inefficiencies and deliver agreed outputs on time.
Actively seek mentorship and share knowledge with fellow graduates.

Minimum Requirements

Education: BSc, BEng, or BEng Tech in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Operations Management. Final-year students graduating by the end of 2025 may also apply.
