Ithuba invites students to apply for their Bursary Programme for the 2025 academic year. This initiative aims to support South African youth from previously disadvantaged communities by funding their tertiary studies in high-demand sectors.

Bursaries will be awarded for studies in the following fields:
Commerce
- Accounting
- Management Accounting & Finance
- Marketing
Information Technology
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Communication Networks
- Information Systems
- Software Development
Bursary Benefits
The all-inclusive bursary will cover:
- Full tuition costs
- Technology equipment
- Stationery and study materials
- Accommodation and a monthly stipend
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Currently in Matric or have completed Matric.
- Intending to study towards a qualification in one of the listed fields in 2025.
- Enrolled or accepted at a recognized and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa.
- Achieved a minimum result of 70% for each subject in the previous year of study.
- Achieved a minimum overall average of 70% in the previous year of study.
- Willing to specialize in a Commerce or IT field.
- Dedicated to maintaining a strong academic record throughout studies.
- From a previously disadvantaged background.
- Total household income must not exceed R350,000 per year.
- Must demonstrate a vision and mission that aligns with the Foundation’s goals, showing diligence, enthusiasm, dedication to succeed, and a commitment to giving back to the community.
