This role offers the opportunity to champion customer success, help individuals achieve their financial goals, and build your own long-term business within the trusted Old Mutual brand. With over 2,500 advisers across South Africa, PFA is the largest distribution channel in Old Mutual and provides unmatched support, tools, and career growth.

About the Role
As an Aspiring Financial Advisor, you will:
- Identify customer financial needs and provide professional advice.
- Recommend and implement tailored financial plans and solutions.
- Build meaningful client relationships while growing your own financial advisory practice.
- Champion Old Mutual’s vision of helping customers secure financial freedom.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (required).
- A Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive and resilience.
- A customer-first attitude with the ability to build networks and manage relationships.
