About the Role
The Call Centre Agent will handle customer inquiries and support across multiple channels, including calls, WhatsApp, and email. You’ll assist guests with movie information, loyalty programs, refunds, and complaint resolution while ensuring every interaction reflects Ster-Kinekor’s commitment to quality service and entertainment excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages, and emails efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on movies, showtimes, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints according to company policy.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly and follow up for feedback.
- Promote and manage the loyalty rewards program.
- Maintain call quality standards, including handling time and accuracy.
- Keep records updated and comply with reporting schedules.
- Support marketing and CRM initiatives where required.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Certificate in Communication or Customer Service preferred.
- Minimum 1 year call centre or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High energy, strong multitasking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team.
- Passion for movies and customer engagement.
