Mr Price is looking for Call Centre Agents to join its Mobile division in Durban. This role is ideal for service-driven individuals who want to deliver excellent customer experiences while handling a variety of queries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients across multiple channels, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, WhatsApp, and webchat queries.
- Assist customers with billing, SIM card issues, and product-related support.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and within specified timeframes.
- Ensure all customer communication (web, email, fax, post) is actioned quickly.
- Provide consistent, quality service in line with mrpmoney standards.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 2-3 years’ customer care experience.
- Knowledge of key legislation: NCA, CPA, POPI, ICASA regulations.
- Experience with online purchase processes (advantageous).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
