About the Role

As a Data Capturer, you will support daily administrative operations and ensure that critical business records are accurately maintained. You will use computer-based systems to manage documentation, input business data, and communicate with internal teams or customers as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and update company information, records, and reports accurately.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date and easily retrievable.
  • Use specialised computer software to manage and process business information.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and staff via email, phone, or face-to-face when required.
  • Assist with compiling reports and verifying data accuracy before submission.
  • Uphold company confidentiality and data security standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent qualification).
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in data capturing or administrative support.
  • Strong computer literacy and data management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
