Key Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and finish bakery products to standard.
Merchandise and display bakery items attractively for customers.
Maintain hygiene and safe working practices in the bakery and back-up area.
Operate and clean bakery equipment according to safety and quality guidelines.
Report faulty machinery or utensils to the bakery manager.
Complete bakery administration tasks including production sheets and customer orders.

Minimum Requirements

Only Bakers Assistants may apply.
Must have previous bakery experience (worked in a bakery as a Baker).
Ability to follow routine and structured processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Customer-focused approach.
