Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with shoppers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to Vans’ global guidelines.
- Replenish stock and assist with inventory checks.
- Promote product features and styling advice to customers.
- Meet and exceed KPI and sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
- Represent the Vans lifestyle with authenticity and passion.
- Work effectively within a team to create a positive store atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience, preferably with a lifestyle or fashion brand
- Outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused
- Must be available to work weekends and retail holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen interest in streetwear, sneakers, or extreme sports
