Motus Ford & Mazda Germiston is looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to join its new vehicle sales division. This role is ideal for an ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys working with customers, meeting sales targets, and representing top automotive brands in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role

The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling new Ford and Mazda vehicles. You’ll engage with potential buyers, demonstrate vehicle features, negotiate terms, and ensure customer satisfaction from first contact through to delivery. The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to meet monthly sales targets within a supportive dealership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new clients through calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and test drives.
  • Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and financing options.
  • Maintain accurate customer and inventory records.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on product changes, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership targets.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Sales or Marketing diploma advantageous).
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in automotive or retail sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Confident, goal-driven, and customer-focused personality.
