Job Description
As a Junior Learner, your duties will include:
- Administration Management: Managing administrative tasks effectively.
- Customer Service: Actively interacting with consultants to achieve daily customer service quality targets.
- Skills Development: Driving participation in weekly skills audit tests to improve knowledge and behaviors.
- Team Leadership: Leading the team to achieve targets set in quarterly performance contracts.
- Assessment and Coaching: Conducting assessments and coaching sessions as needed.
- Service Level Agreements: Achieving contracted service level agreements.
- Productivity Targets: Ensuring the team meets set productivity targets.
- Performance Metrics: Maintaining a low number of outbound transfer calls and exceeding adherence to schedule targets.
- Team Management: Ensuring the team adheres to required in-office time.
Educational Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, candidates must have:
- Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Education, Training, and Development.
