Minimum Entry Requirements
To be considered for this program, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with Mathematics & Physical Science
- N2 or higher in relevant trade theory (Fitting, Refrigeration, or Electrical Engineering)
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for engineering
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- South African citizenship
Key Responsibilities
- Assist qualified artisans with maintenance, repairs, and installations in your chosen trade.
- Participate in structured technical training (both classroom and practical workshops).
- Work under experienced mentors and supervisors to gain hands-on skills.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain and inspect industrial machinery, electrical systems, and refrigeration units.
