Senwes Equipment is inviting applications for its Trainee: Parts Sales role based in Wesselsbron. This is a full-time training opportunity designed for candidates who are ready to enter the agricultural mechanisation industry and learn the ins and outs of spare parts sales.

What This Role Offers
As a trainee sales clerk, you’ll be part of the Senwes Equipment team, working closely with customers and learning how to manage and promote agricultural equipment parts. This entry-level role combines on-the-job learning with real sales responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
Your role will include:
- Assisting customers at the parts counter
- Identifying and ordering parts that meet client needs
- Processing orders and ensuring accurate recordkeeping
- Managing stock levels and assisting with merchandising
- Supporting telephone sales and promotional campaigns
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism
- Learning stock control and catalogue systems

What You Need to Apply
To be considered for the trainee programme, you’ll need:
- Matric (National Senior Certificate)
- A strong interest in agricultural equipment or agri-sales
- Technical knowledge or prior experience in agri-parts will be an advantage
You should also have:
- Good customer service and selling skills
- Basic computer and financial literacy
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills
- An interest in the Agri-mechanisation industry
