TotalEnergies is offering a Young Talent Trainee Program designed to equip early-career professionals with industry knowledge, technical expertise, and cross-functional exposure in areas such as Retail Territory Management, Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering, and Finance.
This 24-month rotational program will provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured learning, enabling candidates to develop into future leaders within TotalEnergies.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete structured training modules to develop technical, industry, and professional skills.
- Rotate through various departments to gain exposure to different functions within Operations and Finance.
- Shadow experienced professionals to understand key responsibilities.
- Engage in mentorship activities and career development discussions.
- Participate in company projects to develop practical problem-solving skills.
- Contribute ideas, suggest improvements, and collaborate with different teams.
- Continuously seek feedback and adapt to challenges for personal and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications Required:
- Matric Certificate.
- B/BTech Degree in one of the following fields:
- Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering (candidates must be geographically mobile).
- Finance: Finance-related disciplines or Accounting Technician NQ5 Qualification.
Skills & Competencies:
- 0-5 years of work experience.
- Strong academic background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High curiosity and willingness to learn.
