Eskom, South Africa’s largest energy provider, is recruiting Engineers in Training (x2 positions) at its Megawatt Park headquarters in Sunninghill. This 24-month programme offers structured institutional and on-the-job training within the Business Enablement & Strategy Department.

The programme is designed to equip graduates with practical exposure, leadership development, and the technical skills required for a professional career in engineering at Eskom.

  • Duration: 24 months (fixed-term training contract)
  • Task Grade: L7
  • Location: Megawatt Park, Sunninghill
  • Business Unit: Business Enablement & Strategy

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualifications: Fully completed BEng / BSc in Industrial Engineering.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must be a South African citizen.
    • Must be unemployed and available for full-time training.
    • Applicants will go through Eskom’s recruitment and selection process.
