Engineer in Training (Industrial Engineering)

Eskom, South Africa’s largest energy provider, is recruiting Engineers in Training (x2 positions) at its Megawatt Park headquarters in Sunninghill. This 24-month programme offers structured institutional and on-the-job training within the Business Enablement & Strategy Department.

The programme is designed to equip graduates with practical exposure, leadership development, and the technical skills required for a professional career in engineering at Eskom.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications: Fully completed BEng / BSc in Industrial Engineering.
Other Requirements:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be unemployed and available for full-time training.
