The JumpStart Retail Frontline Programme (RFP) prepares South African youth for entry-level retail jobs. This two-week work readiness programme combines online learning, in-person retail training and hands-on work experience with real retail brands in the Mr Price Group network.

About the Programme
This programme helps unemployed youth gain confidence, employability skills and exposure to the retail environment. Training includes:
- Week 1: Online life skills and workplace readiness (soft skills)
- Week 2: Practical retail training + interviews + in-store experience
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Matric / Grade 12
- Ages 18–33
- Currently unemployed
- No criminal record
- Must have 200MB data and a smartphone/computer to apply online
