Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in:
- Human Resources Management
- Business Administration
- Industrial Psychology or related fields
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Be detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner
- Be able to work independently and within a team
- (Advantageous) Have prior HR internship or admin experience
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Post job ads, screen CVs, and assist with interview scheduling
- Communicate with applicants and support the hiring pipeline
Onboarding & New Hire Experience
- Prepare onboarding packs, coordinate orientation, and answer employee queries
HR Admin & Systems Support
- Update employee records, assist with HR reporting and daily data entries
Projects & People Analytics
- Support in executing training projects and wellness initiatives
- Collect and analyze HR data to assist in workforce planning and reporting
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Respond to employee queries and support internal communication efforts
- Contribute to staff surveys, feedback loops, and culture-building efforts
