Momentum Corporate is offering an exciting Client Service Administrator Learnership, starting on 1 February 2025. This is a great opportunity for young, motivated individuals to gain practical experience and theoretical knowledge in client service administration.

Location: Sandton and Centurion, South Africa

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of all client service processes and requests to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide relevant information and documentation as required, adhering to guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Meet service level agreements with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Age: 18 to 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2025).
  • Language Proficiency: Able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Education: Passed Grade 12/Matric with English and either Maths or Accounting.
  • Other: Applicants must not be enrolled in another learnership or have previously participated in a learnership.
