Momentum Learnership Opportunities 2026

Momentum has opened applications for the Momentum Learnership Opportunities 2026. The programme runs for 12 months and is based in Centurion, Gauteng, with an additional intake in Bellville, Cape Town. The learnership targets unemployed South African youth and follows a structured classroom and workplace training model.

Programme Overview

Programme Structure

The learnership combines formal learning with workplace exposure. You participate in classroom sessions and practical training within the Momentum environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

During the programme, you take part in structured learning and operational activities.

• Attend classroom sessions and on the job training aligned to the learnership
• Perform assigned tasks linked to the Momentum Metropolitan learning framework
• Learn company products, policies, and internal procedures
• Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
• Complete work based learning logbooks
• Complete formative and summative assessments
• Use internal systems and follow operational processes
• Conduct yourself as a Momentum Metropolitan employee
• Display Momentum Group values at all times
• Write and pass the EISA examination

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet all requirements listed below.

• Completed Grade 12
• Mathematics passed with at least 40 percent or Mathematical Literacy passed with at least 60 percent
• English and one additional South African language passed with at least 50 percent
• South African citizen aged 18 to 30 years
• Unemployed at the time of application
• Full availability for the 12 month programme period
• Availability from 01 February 2026 to 31 January 2027
• Daily travel to the workplace using own transport
• No current part time or full time tertiary studies
• No prior completion of the same learnership
