Motus Aftermarket Parts Learnership Programme 2025

Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering a 12-month learnership program across all provinces in South Africa.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be learning key operational skills in a warehouse environment with a focus on the following areas:

Binning

You’ll be working with stock and making sure it’s placed in the right spots. This includes:

• Binning incoming merchandise
• Replenishing inventory from bulk to pick locations
• Updating bin locations
• Receiving and checking goods as they arrive

Picking

You’ll help fulfill customer and branch orders by:

• Picking stock based on customer orders
• Making sure orders are picked on time and accurately
• Assisting with stock takes
• Maintaining clean work areas
• Preventing inventory losses with double checks

Scanner Control

You’ll manage scanner equipment used for stock tracking:

• Handing out and collecting scanners
• Logging scanners in and out using an app
• Reporting any scanner damage
• Keeping scanner issue records up to date

Minimum Requirements

To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:

• Have a completed Grade 12 or Matric
• Be between 18 and 25 years old
• Be a South African citizen
• Be unemployed and not registered on any other learnership or studying at another institution
• Be available immediately
