Motus Aftermarket Parts is offering a 12-month learnership program across all provinces in South Africa.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be learning key operational skills in a warehouse environment with a focus on the following areas:
Binning
You’ll be working with stock and making sure it’s placed in the right spots. This includes:
- Binning incoming merchandise
- Replenishing inventory from bulk to pick locations
- Updating bin locations
- Receiving and checking goods as they arrive
Picking
You’ll help fulfill customer and branch orders by:
- Picking stock based on customer orders
- Making sure orders are picked on time and accurately
- Assisting with stock takes
- Maintaining clean work areas
- Preventing inventory losses with double checks
Scanner Control
You’ll manage scanner equipment used for stock tracking:
- Handing out and collecting scanners
- Logging scanners in and out using an app
- Reporting any scanner damage
- Keeping scanner issue records up to date
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have a completed Grade 12 or Matric
- Be between 18 and 25 years old
- Be a South African citizen
- Be unemployed and not registered on any other learnership or studying at another institution
- Be available immediately
